At PlushLoop, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions described below.

1. Thirty-Day Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

A return request submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product should generally be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused or gently inspected
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Returned with its original packaging, accessories, labels, and components when available
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order number

Customers may carefully inspect an item after delivery. However, products showing excessive use, intentional damage, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Free Returns

PlushLoop offers free returns for eligible products requested within the 30-day return period.

After your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions. Depending on your location, we may provide a prepaid return label, arrange another return method, or offer an alternative resolution.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Products returned without authorization may be delayed, refused, or sent to an incorrect location.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Contact us promptly if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incomplete
  • Significantly different from the product ordered
  • With the wrong color, style, or item

Please include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area. After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank, card provider, or payment institution to complete the transaction after the refund has been issued.

The exact processing time is determined by your payment provider and is outside PlushLoop’s direct control.

7. Original Shipping Charges

PlushLoop provides free worldwide standard shipping. Therefore, there is normally no standard outbound shipping fee to deduct from an approved refund.

Fees paid for optional expedited delivery, premium shipping, customs charges, taxes, or services provided by third parties may be non-refundable unless required by law or the service was not provided as promised.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment preparation.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@plushloop.shop if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted because our fulfillment process may begin immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

9. Exchanges

For the fastest service, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product.

When an exchange is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, PlushLoop will provide additional instructions and will not charge the customer for the approved replacement process.

Product availability cannot be guaranteed.

10. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Products clearly marked as final sale
  • Items altered or damaged by the customer
  • Products returned without essential components
  • Items that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons when clearly disclosed before purchase

This section does not limit any mandatory legal rights available to customers.

11. Lost Return Packages

Customers must follow the authorized return instructions provided by PlushLoop.

We are not responsible for a return sent to an unauthorized address or through an unauthorized delivery method. Customers should retain return receipts and tracking information until the refund has been completed.
